Bookmarks
Bookmark pages are lightweight pages of links - no widgets, no status, just a title, a URL and an icon. They're perfect for a "quick links" tab.
Creating a bookmark page
Add a page as usual; a page becomes a bookmark page when it holds bookmark groups. Bookmark groups behave like service groups: they have a name, an icon and the same layout & column options.
Adding & editing bookmarks
- Add - click the + on a bookmark group header (or the "Add bookmark" button in an empty group).
- Edit / delete - hover a bookmark to reveal the pencil and trash buttons.
Each bookmark has:
| Field | Notes |
|---|---|
| Name | Link label |
| URL | Destination |
| Icon | Optional - a custom icon or image URL |
Favicons
If you don't set a custom icon, Home Lab automatically pulls the site's favicon based on the URL's host. If the favicon can't be loaded, it falls back to a coloured monogram from the first letter of the name.
Layout
Bookmark pages support the same Grid / Columns layouts and Columns count as service pages - see Page layout & columns. A column layout makes a tidy multi-column link wall.
