Health source
The Dashboard's health row shows live system gauges. Where that data comes from is the health source, set in Settings → Integrations.

This host
Reads metrics from the machine the container runs on (via systeminformation). Note that inside a container some figures reflect the container's view rather than the bare-metal host.
Glances
Point it at your Glances web server. The Dashboard shows the headline gauges; the Glances widget can show more on a card.
Beszel
Beszel gives the richest health view - per-node gauges with disk, temperature and uptime. Choose which node(s) feed the Dashboard. The same nodes can be shown in detail via the Beszel widget.
Choosing what shows
In Appearance → Dashboard you pick which gauges are visible; for Beszel you also pick which nodes appear in the health row.
